It is a hilarious american comedy with Ben Stiller acting as a pseudomacho gym freak. While some might find the movie vulgar and stupid, i think it's plainly funny with scenes such as Ben Stiller practicing self-administered aversion therapy in which he attaches electrodes to his nipples and trains himself to resist the temptations of junk food.
